What information do I need to provide?
We need the following data for the enrichment:
- Supplier Name
- Supplier’s Address
- Supplier’s City
- Supplier’s State
- Your Unique Supplier ID
How long will it take to complete the process?
Most files should be ready in two hours or less. You will receive an email once the file is ready for your review.
Which diversity categories will the enrichment provide?
The enrichment will identify the following attributes for the suppliers
- Minority owned (MBE)
- Women owned (WBE)
- Veteran owned (VET)
- Service-disabled Veteran owned (SDVET)
- Disabled owned
- LGBTQ owned
- Small business
- Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB)
- Historically Black College or University (HBCU)
- HUB Zone
- Disadvantaged (DBE)
- 8A
- Women owned small businesses
- Airport Concessionaire DBE (ACDBE)
What if I do not have all the fields you require?
The fields we recommend ensure the highest probability of match. If some fields are not available, we may still be able to match, but the probability or the confidence may be lower.
Do I need to provide headquarters information only?
Wherever possible, we recommend that you provide the suppliers headquarters information. If that is not available, please provide whatever information you have. We may still be able to match the supplier.
Which countries do you provide data enrichment for?
Flash enrichment currently only provides enrichment for US businesses.
Which councils to do you track?
We track over 300 certification councils. These include most major national councils, state councils, regional councils, and city councils.
Do you have information from NMSDC, WBENC, NGLCC, NVBDC, and Disability:IN?
While we do track these certification, our information for these councils is collected directly from suppliers and not from the councils. As a result, there may be some suppliers certified by these councils that are not available in our database.
