The 2025 Small Business Impact Report names HP Inc. FanDuel, and Regions Bank among this year’s honorees, contributing to $122.7B spent with small businesses and generating over $202B in economic impact.

Supplier.io, the market-leading provider of supplier intelligence solutions, just released its 2025 Small Business Impact Report. The report recognizes leading companies, including HP Inc., FanDuel, and Regions Bank as 2025 Small Business Champions, and highlights how investing in small and local suppliers strengthens enterprise performance and community growth. Supplier.io analyzed data from more than 500 organizations and found that their collective $122.7 billion in small business spend generated an estimated $202.7 billion in total economic output — supporting over 828,000 jobs across the United States.

“When large enterprises choose to work with small businesses, the impact is immediate and measurable: stronger supply chains, increased agility, and billions flowing back into local economies,” said Neeraj Shah, Founder and CEO of Supplier.io. “Small and local expertise has become essential to building resilient, cost-effective supply chains in today’s volatile market. Supplier.io gives companies the data and insights to scale these partnerships with confidence, creating value for both businesses and communities.”

Supplier.io named 17 companies as 2025 Small Business Champions, recognizing their ongoing investment in small business partnerships that fuel economic and community growth. The honorees are:

  • Amazon
  • International Paper
  • Aramark
  • NCR Atleos
  • Baxter
  • Prudential
  • CVS Health
  • Regions Bank
  • DuPont
  • Smurfit Westrock
  • FanDuel
  • Suntory Global Spirits
  • Fidelity Investments
  • UnitedHealth Group
  • Healthpeak
  • UPS
  • HP Inc.

The companies recognized in Supplier.io’s 2025 report contributed to over $66 billion in income earned and $23 billion in tax revenue generated across the U.S. economy. Every dollar spent with small or local suppliers generated $1.65 in broader economic value.

“At Regions, we believe local and small-business sourcing is more than a procurement strategy – it’s an engine for economic prosperity,” said Tiffany Lovelace, Senior Vice President and Head of Local Sourcing at Regions Bank. “By working with businesses in the communities where we operate, we support local economies and local jobs while strengthening income streams. Local sourcing is not only about who supplies us with products and services to make banking easier for our customers, but also about how we invest in communities throughout our footprint.”

The report also revealed the industries and states where small business sourcing is accelerating fastest. Professional, scientific, and technical services; construction; and administrative and support services led all industries in job creation, while wholesale trade drove the highest overall spend. Geographically, California, Texas, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Florida topped the list of states with the greatest economic impact, together accounting for more than 310,000 supported jobs and over $70 billion in total output.
