Their capabilities extend beyond traditional IT supply, including international shipment management, import/export logistics, customs clearance, HS classification, and restricted-country compliance. They also meet growing sustainability requirements with ENERGY STAR, EPEAT-certified, RoHS-compliant, and TAA-compliant products from manufacturers committed to environmentally preferable purchasing.
Despite their strong credentials and diverse services, 4Tech Solutions struggled to convey the full breadth of their capabilities to corporate buyers, especially when the buyer portals they relied on weren’t helping them break through.
