In connection with our provision of the Services, Supplier.io and its affiliates may engage third parties (each a “Subprocessor”) to process personal data. In certain circumstances an affiliate of Supplier.io may even be a Subprocessor. As a condition of permitting a Subprocessor to process personal data, Supplier.io (and its affiliates as applicable) will enter into a written agreement with each Subprocessor containing data protection obligations at least as protective as the technical and organizational measures Supplier.io has put into place to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access. All terms capitalized above, but not defined have the meaning set forth in Supplier.io’s User Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and/or applicable customer agreement with Supplier.io.
