Firms & Establishments Data Model

BATCH SUPPLIER ENRICHMENT:

• TealBook Supplier Enrichment enhances your existing supplier data (such as your ERP vendor master file), providing you with enriched and trusted supplier data for your procurement systems and decision-making.
• TealBook enriches your supplier data by:
  • Verifying and recommending supplier information (such as the supplier’s website and address).
  • Adding missing supplier data attributes
  • Providing trust scores for many supplier attributes, giving you visibility into the confidence of the data
• Batch enrichment service is available both by flat file delivery and via Graph QL API delivery

DIVERSITY DATA PACKAGE:

• Diversity data is pulled from multiple public sources
  • Certification information is provided in the enrichment including certification company name, issue date, expiration date, certification number, certifying body, certificate type, sub-category and certification domain.

ENRICHMENT API:

• System agnostic Graph QL API allowing access to purchased vendor enrichment information to be accessed and ingested via API integration

Legal Entity Data Model

BATCH MATCH & ENRICHMENT

• Batch Matching – Comparing and linking supplier records in customer system(s) to legal entities in TealBook master data.  When a match is established, a TealBook ID is provided for the matched legal entity record along with additional information explaining the confidence and reason for the match.
• Batch Enrichment – generation of an enrichment file delivered in CSV format that contains the following information:
  • Input vendor master provided by the customer
  • Match metadata explaining status, confidence and reason for the match
  • Enrichment data from TealBook based on the data package(s) purchased by the customer

BASELINE MAPPING  & ENRICHMENT

• One time (initial) mapping, review process for the batch, match & enrichment

HIERARCHY DATA PACK

• Ultimate parent mapping, corporate relationships & S&P firmographic information

SUPPLIER SEARCH – USER INTERFACE

• Individual User licenses for Users to use the Supplier Search tool to get information to supplier related questions
  • Supplier Search includes:
    • View the profile for a TealBook ID
    • Search for a specific company by name, company number or jurisdiction code
    • Search for suppliers based on offerings, classification information, industry codes and certification
    • Ability to link directly to a supplier profile with a single URL referencing TealBook ID
